Shipping within Canada and the United States is included in our prices. For all other destinations please email us for more information. We ship off product on a daily basis. Regular post in Canada takes 4-6 days and to the US is about 7-10 days. Most often orders over $40 are sent expedited parcel and take 3-4 days.
